If so, then think about participating in the HMTA / TMTA Composition Competition.

The HMTA / TMTA Composition Contest is an annual competition in which students compose a piece of original music that will be submitted to a qualified judge for comments and ranking. Winners receive a cash prize and are eligible to premiere their piece on a special recital at the TMTA State Convention!

The entry fee is $25.

Compositions are due Dec. 15, 2023.
